What kind of world are you making?

“We are what we think.  All that we are arises with our thoughts.  With our thoughts we make the world.”  Buddha

As I was reading this quote, I was thinking about the thoughts I had today and far too many of them were negative thoughts about other people.  Is that really the world I want to make?  Is that really the person I want to be?  I’m sure I can do better than that.

  1. funny you should write about that…! I’m just about done reading a book that Lise told me about a few weeks ago called “The secret life of water” by Masaru Emoto and he talks about just that – positive vibrations and how the affect everything in life. I was actually thinking about you when I was reading it and I thought I would tell you about it so you could read it too. It is a very short book (it will likely take you about 1.5 hrs to read at the most) but it will really make you think about things much differently.

Give it a try and let me know what you think!

  2. Thanks for the tip – I’ll add it to my shopping list. You know how I love a book that makes me think. :)
